A traditional crawling Semialachee Indian is located in the sky in all white on a red and yellow cloud. A standing Seminole Indian holding an arrow and an alligator are seen on the bottom patch. Flap has a ghosted light blue fleur de lis and white text: SEMIALACHEE LODGE 239 NOAC 2006. Bottom patch has a ghosted light blue fleur-de-lis and text: SEMIALACHEE LODGE 239 NOAC 2006.
