Scouting Heritage Merit Badge

The SRAC Museum has the best tools for teaching the Scouting Heritage merit badge. Our merit badge counselors use uniforms, Scout handbooks, copies of Boys Life magazine and other historical artifacts from as early as the 1910s to help Scouts discover the rich heritage of our organization. Museum volunteers are equipped to teach this merit badge free of charge for troops in the Suwannee River Area Council, either on a series of two or three weeknights or at a weekend encampment, depending on the troop's schedule and the counselors' availability. Contact us at info@sracmuseum.org for more details.
