Description:
Standard pentagonal pocket flap patch with a white rolled-edge border. Fully embroidered design; daytime scene with traditional crawling Semialachee Indian. No fleur-de-lis. Red text: SEMIALACHEE LODGE 239. This is the original Semialachee Lodge 239 pocket flap, most likely drawn by a French artist hired by Bainbridge, Georgia scouter Gilbert R. Pirrung. Issued sometime during the months leading up to the National Scout Jamboree in 1957.
