Rectangular patch; red rolled-edge border; fully embroidered design with OA arrowhead and four Native American faces; text: 2003 OA INDIAN SUMMER. The program took place in August 2003 at the Ridgecrest Conference Center near Ashville, North Carolina. The purpose of the program was to strengthen Arrowmen's understanding of American Indian culture and its use in OA ceremonies.
