Description:

Scouts swimming in front of the T dock at the waterfront at Wallwood. At least one Scout appears to be practicing inflating an article of clothing to use as a makeshift flotation device. The instructor on the dock is Gary Parris. The Scout preparing to throw a shirt onto the dock is Tom Wells. Joe Draper is the Scout swimming just behind Tom Wells.
